Its way better than a long episode. it was really awesome to see it on the big screen. so i guess yeah it is epic in my opinion.

I've just returned from the movie. On the way to the theater, I was wondering if this would be like Aqua Teen Hunger Force Colon Movie Film for Theaters--a long episode--but it wasn't. It did have that epic touch to it necessary for the big screen. Overall, I'd grade it with a B+. It was enjoyable.

By the way, most of the trailers made me think, 'Goddamn, is nothing safe from becoming a shitty mainstream film?' (Seriously, live action Alvin & the Chipmunks.) I do kind of want to see "Horton Hears a Who" for some reason.

I love this forum to no end. I frequent many forums, but this one and JOANFRC are the two that I visit most. And most of the people at JOANFRC bitch so much. I posted the same exact thread regarding my opinion on the movie and the trailers and I got, "Don't complain about mainstream if you're going to a Simpsons movie...please stop."
